Rubiela Lampe
Rubiela is currently the Managing Director of Ace Firm Engineering, providing engineering services in Aruba and throughout the Caribbean.
She earned her master’s degree in Process Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen and published an academic paper at the Laurance Reid Gas Conference at the University of Oklahoma.
She brings almost 20 years of experience in technical advisory, engineering design, technical consultancy, and project management.
In sustainability, she is a certified Earth Check auditor for sustainable destinations and tourism organizations in the Caribbean.

The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is organizing the 1stInternational Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight To The Future” in Aruba in November 2022. A one-week event filled with presentations, panel discussion, masterclasses and test flight demonstrations with the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the first certified electric aircraft, all with the purpose of sharing knowledge, creating dialogue on the future of aviation and on interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean.
