Nathaly Stanley

Nathaly Stanley – Certification & Membership Care Manager, Green Globe Certification

Nathaly has established strong credentials as a sustainability professional in her home country Aruba and currently functions as the Certification & Membership Care Manager at the international certification body, Green Globe Certification. Nathaly works directly with Green Globe members and an international network of independent auditors, daily.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Stanley held sustainability positions in hospitality and real estate in Aruba and the United States. Her previous roles were diverse and varied from restricting environmentally destructive activities/products at special events to leading the sustainable efforts at the Caribbean’s most eco certified resort.

Ms. Stanley holds dual college degrees. As a graduate of the University of Aruba, she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Tourism Management. Following that, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Central Florida. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to sustainability and continues to do so by working with companies all over the world, to strive for a sustainable future for generations to come.

The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is organizing the 1stInternational Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight To The Future” in Aruba in November 2022. A one-week event filled with presentations, panel discussion, masterclasses and test flight demonstrations with the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the first certified electric aircraft, all with the purpose of sharing knowledge, creating dialogue on the future of aviation and on interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean.
